If today is a federal holiday or a company holiday, it is possible the department is closed. Otherwise, the operating hours for our Chat Specialists are as follows:

  • Technical Support – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Partner Support – Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
  • Enrollment – Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
  • Admissions – Mon to Fri, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
